Epoxy Garage Floors
Epoxy Garage Floors from a crew that shows up
Bare garage concrete is dusty, stains the first time a car drips oil, and soaks up road salt and red clay all winter. A lot of homeowners try a store-bought epoxy kit, and a year later it is peeling up in tire-shaped patches. Hot tires, moisture coming up through the slab and thin prep are what pull cheap coatings loose. What you want is a floor that looks finished, wipes clean, takes a hot car in a Tennessee July and holds up for the long haul.
We install a full coating system, not a coat of paint. We diamond-grind the slab so the coating has something to grip, fill cracks and pits, lay down an epoxy base coat with a full broadcast of vinyl flake, and seal it with a clear polyaspartic topcoat that resists sunlight, chemicals and hot tires. Solid colors and metallic epoxy are options too. We coat garages, basements, shops and porches, and our twenty-plus years in concrete go into the prep that makes it last. Serving Spring Hill and every town within 30 miles.

What's included
Our epoxy garage floors services
- 01
Diamond-grinding prep
We grind the concrete to open the surface and remove old sealer, paint and contamination, so the coating bonds into the slab instead of sitting on it.
- 02
Crack and pit repair
Cracks, pits and spalled spots are filled and ground flush so they do not show through the finished floor.
- 03
Epoxy base coat
A heavy epoxy base coat goes down first, building the body of the floor and locking in the flake.
- 04
Flake, solid and metallic finishes
Choose a full broadcast of vinyl flake in a blend that hides dirt, a solid color, or a metallic epoxy with a marbled look.
- 05
Polyaspartic topcoat
A clear polyaspartic topcoat seals the floor against UV, chemicals and hot tire pickup, and can be textured for grip when it is wet.
- 06
Stem walls, basements and shops
We carry the coating up the garage stem wall for a clean edge, and coat basements, shops and covered porches the same way.

Questions
Epoxy Garage Floors FAQs
Will an epoxy floor hold up to Tennessee humidity and winter salt?
Yes, when the prep and the system are right. Humid summers push moisture up through slabs and hot tires soften weak coatings, which is why we check for moisture and diamond-grind before coating. The polyaspartic topcoat stands up to road salt and the red clay that rides in on tires, and it rinses clean.
How much does an epoxy garage floor cost?
It depends on the size of the garage, how much crack and surface repair the slab needs, and the finish you choose, since flake, solid and metallic systems are priced differently. A professionally ground and coated floor costs more than a kit but lasts far longer. We give you a free quote after we see the floor.
How long does it take, and when can I park on it?
Most garages are done in one to two days. You can usually walk on the floor the next day and park on it after a few days, depending on temperature and the system we use. A floor coating does not need a permit.
What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy builds a thick, tough base and bonds well to ground concrete, but it can yellow in sunlight. Polyaspartic cures fast, stays clear and holds up better to UV, scratches and chemicals. We use both, epoxy for the base and polyaspartic on top, so you get the strengths of each.
Can you coat a brand-new garage floor?
Yes, once the concrete has cured, which is about a month for most new slabs. If you are building, we can pour the garage floor and come back to coat it, so one crew handles the whole floor from base to topcoat.
